We do try to keep all the appointments running smoothly. Please arrive at our practice on time according to your allocated appointment time. We allow lateness up to 15 minutes but you need to let us know at your earliest possible. If you are late for more than 15 minutes without letting us know, we might not be able to provide the full treatment that you are booked for simply because our treatments cannot be rushed, however, you will still be charged for the full price service/s.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 72 hours notice for any appointment cancellation to allow time to reallocate your appointment to another patient.

Cancellation less than 48 hours, we will charged you 50% from the total services under your booked appointment on that day.

Cancellation less than 24 hours, we will charged you a full amount from the total services you have been booked on that day.
To avoid the cancellation fees, we urge everyone to try reschedule your appointment at your earliest possible. We are currently nearly fully booked up to 4 months in advance and our patients are also coming from other places such as Clermont, Dysart, Nebo, Coppabella, Middlemount, Emerald, Proserpine and surrounding towns.
